The staff’s attention and willingness to help were exceptional. José at reception was always ready to assist, and Paula, who served me at breakfast, was incredibly attentive and kind. I’m currently pregnant, and their care truly made a difference to my stay. I also loved the pool and the atmosphere on the terrace – both were outstanding. Being right in the walled city, with everything so close and easy to access, is definitely a huge plus.

Hotel was centrally located within the old city/walls of Cartagena. It was also walking distance to the waterfront and Getsemani. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, shower hot and decor beautiful. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast daily was delicious and the italian restaurant - we ate there one night - was good as well. Eduardo Galindo, was amazing, so helpful and welcoming. I would recommend the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Right in the middle of the walled city and an easy walk to great restaurants and bars. The inner courtyard was so pretty! The room was large and very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was great. They were accommodating by making pancakes and omelette to order. Eduardo provided great customer service. His private tour and guide was very informative, interesting and very professional. Eduardo was always available to answer any questions. Angie and the maygel in the check in area were very accommodating. There recommendations to have dinner at one of there other locations was on point.

I didn’t want to leave this hotel! It’s one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were brilliant and attentive. Big thanks to Luis! The hotel is clean, designed beautifully and is very quiet. Rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There’s a great cocktail bar and Italian restaurant downstairs. Situated on a quiet street too. Everything from start to finish was great and I hope to return.
